📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the customer base through marketing and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor financial performance and report to senior management.
• Implement and maintain operational standards to ensure quality service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
