📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in managing inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Train and supervise junior staff in food preparation techniques.,Participate in menu planning and development activities.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Basic understanding of inventory management and purchasing.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
