Estimator RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya)
PT Xinlantian Construction Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) to join our dynamic team in Tegal Barat, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial success of our construction projects by creating accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
With a strong background in construction estimation, you will work closely with our project managers and engineers to develop detailed RABs for various projects. You will use industry-standard software such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD to ensure your estimates are precise and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and maintain accurate RABs for construction projects using MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
- Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates are realistic and feasible.
- Review and approve change orders and additional costs to keep projects on budget.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in construction estimation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to junior estimators as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
- Professional certification in construction estimation (e.g., PMP, CCE) is a plus.
