📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Source, screen, and recruit top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other recruitment tools.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and workforce development.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
