- Conduct job analyses to identify recruitment needs and job specifications.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on resumes and applications.
- Schedule and conduct interviews using structured interview guides.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback and make hiring decisions.
- Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
