📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the head office for any store-related decisions and policies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and teams effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
