Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.,Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.,Present findings and recommendations to senior management, ensuring clear and concise communication.,Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the integrity and usability of our data assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to identify and solve complex business challenges.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
