As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical work on our projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior electricians and ensuring that all electrical work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the electrical work on our projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Inspecting and testing electrical systems to ensure that they are functioning properly and meet all safety and performance standards.
  • Preparing and maintaining electrical work plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Training and mentoring junior electricians.
  • Ensuring that all electrical work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Working with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest electrical codes, standards, and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician or in a similar role.
  • A diploma or degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Certification as a licensed electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
