📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Consult with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ordering systems using EPIC and Meditech.
• Provide patient education and counseling on medication use and adherence.
• Monitor and report on pharmacy operations, including compliance and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices and technologies.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid practicing license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Proficient in using EPIC and Meditech pharmacy systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
