Lenovo PCCW Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Support Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment, particularly focusing on Control-M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, production support, and a proven track record in managing and optimizing production processes. This position is based in Bali, Indonesia, with opportunities to work in various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the production support team, ensuring high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain the Control-M environment, ensuring all jobs and workflows run efficiently and accurately.,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.,Develop and implement best practices for production support and Control-M management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in IT infrastructure and production support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support, with a strong focus on Control-M.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing production environments.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
