Bimo Electronics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. You will work closely with the HR team and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
