Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.,Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.,Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of leading manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE).,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in the medical devices and diagnostics industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
