📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Drive sales growth through promotional activities and customer engagement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports to management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market is a significant advantage.
