📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the IT Director in overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending improvements to the IT Director.
• Provide training and support to IT staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle their roles effectively.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies to support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in infrastructure and project management.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience in managing cloud services and virtualization technologies.
