📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide accurate product information to customers.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash, card payments, and electronic transactions.,Ensure accurate inventory tracking and restocking as needed.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and sales floor.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is required.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
