PT Cakrawala Putra is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various job openings within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and talented workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job portals.,Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
