Customs Operations Officer
AG International Forwarding is seeking a Customs Operations Officer to join our team in the vibrant regions of Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless import and export operations. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will be responsible for coordinating customs clearance, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. As a Customs Operations Officer at AG International Forwarding, you will work closely with our team of experts to handle all aspects of customs clearance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all import and export shipments are processed efficiently and in compliance with local and international regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of customs procedures, documentation, and compliance. You will be using tools like SAP Customs, COSMOS, and TradeNet to streamline our operations.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customs operations, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. You will need to be proficient in English and Indonesian, and have a strong understanding of international trade regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate customs clearance for import and export shipments
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation
- Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations
- Monitor and manage customs duties and taxes
- Provide support to the logistics team in resolving customs-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customs activities
- Stay updated with changes in customs laws and regulations
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on customs procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs operations
- Proficient in English and Indonesian
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations
- Experience with customs software such as SAP Customs, COSMOS, or TradeNet
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid work permit and visa for Bali
