As a Field Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding amounts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of collections and follow up on overdue accounts.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Report collection activities and prepare collection reports.,Assist in resolving collection issues and disputes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the sales and accounting teams to achieve collection targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in field collection or related roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and accounting software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
