📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end GTM operations processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and efficiency.
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Monitor and measure process performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure buy-in.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management.
  • Mentor and coach team members on process improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations process architecture or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of GTM operations and processes.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
