📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other recruitment tools.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and workforce development.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
