Hexxa Academy is seeking a talented and experienced HR Performance & Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR performance metrics, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that our talent acquisition strategies are aligned with our business goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze HR performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent,Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees,Maintain and update HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Performance & Talent Acquisition,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
