Resto Oka Coffee is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the business. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the restaurant,Prepare and analyze financial reports,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes,Work with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records,Handle vendor payments and manage payroll

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Experience in managing financial operations in a restaurant or F&B industry is a plus,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficient in using accounting software and financial tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
