📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
