As an Internal Audit Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to conduct thorough audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. You'll leverage your expertise in auditing software such as SAP and Oracle, along with your deep understanding of Indonesian regulations and industry standards, to drive continuous improvement in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits of feed mill and dressing plant operations to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
Utilizing auditing software such as SAP and Oracle to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Ensuring adherence to Indonesian regulations and industry standards in all operations.
Providing training and guidance to staff on audit processes and best practices.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of audit processes and making recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in auditing software such as SAP and Oracle.
Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and industry standards relevant to the poultry industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
