As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and contributing to the growth of our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the recruitment team's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
