This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health of our company by managing daily cash transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate recording of all financial activities.,Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve financial issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in audits and other financial reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role, preferably in a retail or electronics environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
