📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Oversee all cash transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop cashiers to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies are available.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding cash handling.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related role.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
