📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talent for our organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Work closely with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to ensure our recruitment processes are efficient and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters.
