📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with HR to integrate training programs into the overall employee development strategy.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their learning and development journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related tools is a plus.,Indonesian language proficiency is required.
