📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance reviews.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Control inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
