📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
