📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven success in recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
