🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive operations or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or similar is a plus.
