🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of bartenders.
• Certification in mixology or relevant hospitality training is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant hospitality tools.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian hospitality industry and local market trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
