Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate shipping activities, including order processing, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods by monitoring and optimizing logistics processes.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in shipping operations.
• Monitor and analyze shipping data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the shipping industry.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of shipping operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using logistics management systems such as SAP and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze shipping data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
