As a Civil & Structural Engineer at BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of our projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our buildings meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Your daily tasks will include reviewing design drawings, conducting site inspections, and providing technical support to our construction teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and review structural and civil drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide technical support to construction teams during the building process.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop innovative and sustainable building solutions.
• Prepare and submit technical reports and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the real estate development sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
