📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for raw materials.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on production performance and inventory status.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory control.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Understanding of plastic packaging manufacturing is a plus.
