As an Operations & Logistics Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations. You’ll manage a team of delivery riders, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure our logistics systems run smoothly. Using tools like Google Maps and Waze, you’ll optimize delivery routes, and with experience in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, you’ll streamline our order management processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize delivery routes using Google Maps and Waze to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Oversee order processing and inventory management using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with delivery riders to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and report on logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor delivery riders to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and operations management.
• Proven experience in managing delivery teams and optimizing delivery routes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in using Google Maps and Waze for route optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
