• Manage and coordinate accommodation services for offshore workers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Monitor budget allocations and expenses, ensuring financial compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to address accommodation-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess accommodation facilities and address any issues.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met in all accommodation facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accommodation management, preferably in the Shipyard, Marine, or Offshore sectors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with specialized accommodation management software.
